Article Marketing Continued - The Footprint

Published by admin at 1:08 pm under Link Building

Many websites are built off of widely used software applications. For example myself along with a million other people use the wordpress blog platform. Finding only wordpress blogs can be done by searching for “powered by wordpress” (the footprint) within Google or yahoo.

Now the next thing to do is brainstorm up some websites applications good for building links. For this post I figured I’d discuss article websites. In your favorite SE Search for article software or article submission websites . Most of these applications will allow signature links for article submissions. Once you find a good article software application search around for a footprint such as “powered by articlelive”. Do this in Seo for firefox and you can quickly compare the strength of your search results, this way you can choose wisely the article websites you would like to submit articles on.

How about the time it takes to write all these articles? Depending on how much competition your facing it may not a bad idea to pay a student to write articles, this way you can concentrate more on new link building strategies. Many article writers will accept $10 fees per original article written. So 20 backlinks at a price of $200 isn’t too shabby. When providing a signature link at the bottom of the submitted article, sometimes I prefer linking out to an internal blog post relating closely with the article instead of my home page.
