One of the more useful ways to build links is by making the web a better resource. Submit articles about your website topic. Article websites online make it easy to get the word out to the public. Do people want to know about what you’ve learned. Share it. Article submission sites will reward you with a backlink to your website if you can provide them with great article for their visitors to read. www.ezinearticles.com is a great place to start. Currently it holds an Alexa rank of 340 making it the most visited article website online. Whether or not you believe in the ranking system provided by Alexa, a rank of 340 is impressive. Depending on the quality of your article you will be sure to receive a decent amount of visits for your hard work you put into it.
If your new to ezinearticles.com you’ll need to create an account. Once you do that you’ll be able to submit as many article as you like as long as their unique and of good quality. Ususally the first articles you submit will take about a week to get reviewed by an editor before being added to their website. As you write more you’ll notice the editors will give you a faster review process. There are hundreds of article websites you can submit articles to but I recommend only submitting to 3 or 4 of your favorites. Diversify your link building:
Another great thing to do is see if you can find some article websites related closely with your topic. For instance you can search in Google for “submit an article” “your keyword here”. You should get some results. The closer the website that links to yours relates to your topic, the better. Even though I feel very confident about submitting articles to topic related article websites, I still tend to limit this method. Never place all your eggs in one basket. If you can brainstorm and list 100 ways to build links and use each method a limit of 5 times, you’ll be rockin! If one method gets a negative hit by the search engines you will still have the other 99 methods you used holding your rankings high. Just like stocks, its good to diversify.
