Hello, I’m Cole and I live in Tucson, Arizona. I’ve worked in a number of fields including Insurance, Civil Drafting and Design and you guessed it, Internet Marketing. I’ve been messing around with Internet marketing, Website design and Affiliate Marketing since probably about the late 90s. I started out by selling stuff using Ebay and Craigslist. Online Marketing has always been kind of a hobby of mine so I felt it would be nice to share some of the things I picked up along the way

There are a variety of ways you can market your website or business online. Internet marketing has made it very easy for some companies to continue finding more clients and customers. I do feel that if you run a company and are not currently making your presence known on the Internet, you’re already behind most of your competitors. If you don’t currently have a website there are always places you can advertise your services free of charge. Craigslist is a great place to start with the amount of traffic they get. There are also a number of local community websites where you can become a member and share your ideas and thoughts with others. If you live in Arizona try search out for Arizona community forums, Tucson Forums or Phoenix forums. It’s important not to just spam advertisements in these forums. Sharing your thoughts and making friends should be your first priority. To get anybody to pay attention to you must go the extra step to provide something that no one else does. Internet Marketing With A Quality Website
If you would like to take the time to build yourself a website, you’ll see how effective one can be. You will then understand why the Internet has so much information to offer. Good information brings good traffic and good traffic will of course increase sales. With websites remember quality should come before marketing and SEO. SEO stands for search engine optimization, the tasks one can take to get a website ranking higher in the search engine natural result listings.
Quality Speaks Clearly:
A website reflects your business. Do you want your potential customers to find your website just so they can go “ugh!” and leave? You want these visitors to stick around for a while and learn what you have to offer with them whether it’s products, services or just useful information.

You want your visitors to talk about you also. Many of your visitors will have websites. Ask yourself this, “Would a total stranger be compelled to talk about my website?”. As you may or may not know, search engine’s count links as votes. The more true votes, the better your rank will be. You can begin getting your foot in the door by building some links. Online Promotion for Website Owners and Non-Website Owners
Whether you have a website or not, another great way to market your business is by posting useful articles on article submission websites. It’s amazing how high some articles will rank on search engines after being accepted by the editors of these article websites. When you visit Google and type “reliable Tucson carpet cleaner” or “reliable Tucson carpet cleaning” there is an article ranking number one. This guy who wrote it is probably getting some business just because he’s taking the time and writing articles about carpet cleaning. This doesn’t mean that the article will stay on top forever.
